GTPL Customer Care Toll Free Number

There is no signal on our TV for three hours. Not a single channel is available. I have paid the amount up to February 2019. Please solve my problem as soon as possible and call me on 9426745987 immediately on receipt of this complaint.

Very bad service, the service charge is very high and we have to pay 3 months to recharge compulsory and distributor response is very bad.

Set up box number is MT 0597294 and account number is 18470. You have disconnected my channel without any intimation in respect of my complaints. This is not fair, as I have been using this channel for long.

Local office remains closed till 10:30. There is no system for collection of subscription charges from home. If it is delayed to pay by few hours, connection is cut. What is wrong with Gtpl cable, every Sunday we have no signal for our connection. Since two month we are facing the problem. Not an individual customer but entire society is facing the same problem, every day no proper network, Sunday no network. If this problem will not be solved as early as possible the entire society has decided to change their cable operator. So I hope you solve the issue as early as possible. GTPL means the bogus services provider no one solve the problems of customer. Three day before I have complaint about the so many channel are disturb but our service provider Mr Priyank Patel has not taken any action till today no response from the Cable Operator. Tell me why I should not go in consumer court against you.

I have set box picture quality picture stuck up and sound interrupted frequently. I have Hathway make set box. If I want to replace, is it possible and at what price, do you exchange old set box with offering any discounts.

Dear Sir we purchase setup box from your company this year but due to some technical problem its stop working in the month of April. After our complain your technician visited our house, but he cannot resolve the problem so he take the setup box with him for replacement. Dear Team, I have requested new connection on 25-05-2016 today is 04-06-2016 but still connection not done, I have contacted customer care on 01-06-2016 they told me that we will callback you on 02-06-2016 but called on 03-06-2016 and said local engineer call in 1 hour but don't received call so again I called to customer care but same answer received but still no engineer call got and also called me that we will callback you by our super wiser in 15 minutes but still no call received.
