I am not satisfied with the services of Digicable. After the monthly package is over it takes 3-4 days to recharge new pack.

I have the problem with Digi cable network service. It's not working properly for the last 3 days. I have called them several times but they say the number is incorrect. Please solve my problem.

I live in Badlapur, in every month there are some issue of network channels are not working properly. So, I want that the problem should solve as soon as possible.

I live in Agra. Due to unavailability of Sony TV & sab TV I discontinued my service with Digi cable this month. My cable operator Kapil has taken the set top box & remote from me but didn't gave me my money for returning the set top box yet. I called him multiple times but I guess he is not in the mood to return my money back. This behavior of your cable operator is intolerant. Such behavior only lowers down the Goodwill of Digicable.

I am a customer of Digicable for the past 18 years since the day I shifted to Nerul Navi Mumbai. Recently I observed that I am not getting all the channels whereas all my next door neighbors are getting the same. When I inquired with the lady who comes for contacting the monthly charges, she directed me to the service provider of the local area I explained him that for the same charges my neighbors are getting all the channels whereas i m not getting some. My service provider told me that I will have option for a package of 350 or more to get the same channels. On protest my signal has been blocked. This is highly unethical practice being followed by my service provider.

I am from Nerul, Navi Mumbai, really very unhappy with your service also your call center people are keeping on hold and with no response, 4 days trying to call, no response from any one. My set up box was not working and I called Nerul office, person came after 2 days, and collected the box saying technical problem in set up box, since 4 days he is just giving excuse will come within one hour and since 3 days no response. Swings all complain above I think company don't even take an initiative to reply back. Please can someone help us? Please check my problem and solve this specially Nerul, Navi Mumbai staff are too lazy, is this the service. Mr Owner please take action on this kind of employees, they are making your service down.

Since yesterday evening my TV connected setup box is not providing signals due which my parents who are Senior citizens not able to watch religious channels by which they spent their time. One technical person had visited today at home today after morning complaint but did not respond properly to my parents and went away. Still we are facing same problem and no landline umber of Digi space, Lamington road, Mumbai is able to get connected. If unresolved by day end, it would reflect very bad service from your end and I believe because of which it will reflect bad impact on your company. When we call him he always says that I will come and check but he never comes. Please help me it is my request.

A month back we shifted to Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad just a few meters away from our old house where we were using Hathway cable connection which was comparatively better and prompt in customer service. After we shifted to our dismay we found out that Hathway setup box could not be used since only Digicable is available. Since we are Tamilians we watch Tamil channels. Even basic channels are not available. Before getting the connection when we asked for Tamil channels we were told that it was available. Connection was taken on 6th February. Till then I am asking for Tamil channels in specific. I am told that they have entered into agreement and that from 1st March (i.e. today) services will resume. Whenever I check with them they say the agreement is yet to be signed and from 1st April Tamil channels will be restored. Basic channels like Sun TV, zee Tamil etc. are available with all providers except Digicable. My cable operator is Ramakrishna Cable TV network in Ameerpet, Mobile 88850

Dear sir, your service provider in our area is behaving too bad along with it. He is not providing us service properly. He installed Digi cable set top box in my house and demands for an extra charge of remote, is it in your norms that we have to pay extra for the remote. Please do the needful help at your end thanks. Hi dear, I am facing problem with the service. From activation date of my connection problem is that "Mahua" channel and any other Bhojpuri channel is not coming on my set top box. My family like Bhojpuri channel because we are from UP East (Gazipur) so we like these channel. I have complained to my distributor regarding the same. But he told me that "Bhojpuri channel has been stopped by the company. So I request to you please give the channels on my set top box as soon as possible. Very 3rd class network any time I call local operator in Bharatpur (Rajasthan) every time the number switches off please solve our problems.

I request your service provide Bunty for cable connection, but from last one he promise me for cable connection but till today neither set top box nor cable connection has been set up.
