I am a retired employee of Bank of India - under Mediclaim Policy of the Bank in arrangement with United India Insurance Co Lt, I submitted my claim for domiciliary treatment for Rs.4057/- on 9th October 2017 at DHS local office in Chennai - The claim number 15516511 was approved on 17-10-2017 for Rs.3455/-. The said amount of Rs.3455/- has not been credited to my account to date. On contacting the toll-free number 18002090201 they say that the claim number is wrong. I am anxious to know the status of my approved claim.
