Chitrangada Singh’s ex-husband Jyoti Randhawa arrested for Poaching
News agency PTI announced, International golfer Jyoti Singh Randhawa Wednesday was captured on charges of poaching in Uttar Pradesh. As per the preliminary report, a .22 rifle and a vehicle bearing Haryana enlistment number were found from Randhawa. Field officer Ramesh Pandey said, the golfer and another person, distinguished as Mahesh Virajdar, were captured by the forest official in the Dudhwa Tiger Reserve secured zone, close Motipur range of Katarniaghat. Investigation and further legitimate activity against Randhawa are being started by the Katarniaghat DFO, he said. On Wednesday morning, Jyoti Singh Randhawa was captured inside the forest. He had hit a jungle fowl. Likewise, the office found a skin of a dead animal, which Randhawa asserted was of a wild pig, from his vehicle - HR 26 DN 4299. Amid inquiry, the department recovered it to be the skin of a sambar deer. Randhawa was positioned in the main 100 of the Official World Golf Ranking numerous times amid 2004 and 2009.
