We pay for your subscribers but nothing is showing and when we try to call your customer care you don’t pick up the phone, I don't understand which kind of service you are offering.

I paid twice by mistake in the month of 23 October and when I called your office they told me that the second payment will be for November after 23th, now my account is down can you clarify and why didn't you refund if you knew that is not working. My card number is 212915225765.
