Asianet Cable

Asianet cable is one of the biggest satellite communication center in the state of Kerala. It was established in the year 1993 and the registered office of this center is located at Kerala. It provides Digital Cable TV, Cable Cast Chennals, Broadband Internet Services, Event, and Teleshopping. Asianet Cable is the first Multiple System Operator in the state of Kerala and serve services with the help of Becil certification. Asianet gives the 360 broadcast channels and 25 high definition channels with advance technology. Asianet is getting ready to add the value added services such as video on demand, Digital TV services, Smartphones, Tablets, and multi screen strategy. Asianet offers wholesale local cable operators, digitalize subscribes, digital service including high definition and standard definition. Asianet launched the new satellite channels teleshopping, home shopping network and also E-tailing variety of products. Asianet gives a lot of services such as Asianet Digital Services, Asianet Broadband Services, ACV Services, Asianet Teleshop Services, and Asianet Mobile TV service.

I am from Kottarakara and my customer ID is BB91019136. From 07/12/2018 I am not getting signal on my cable connection. While I am trying to register my complaint either always getting their phone engaged or if getting the line nobody was attending the call. However, I got my complaint registered at around 10 am on 08/12/2018 (yesterday), i.e. after one day. While I am following up the complaint on the afternoon on the same day many times either the phone got engaged or unattended and once it was attended and replied that your complaint will attend and resolved by today itself. But to my surprise, nobody attended the complaint yesterday and today is Sunday, that means as on today, I have to pay you the subscription fee for three days without enjoying the facility. Further, Still I am not known when I am getting the facility or my complaint is resolved. Your services in Kottarakara area is very poorest and never satisfied your customers.

I have booked a complaint on 8th March under Ticket no: AA03160309. (Subcode AA91014996) Till now it's not yet solved. But on 9th I have received an SMS saying your complaint has been resolved. I do not know what wrong information they are passing. I am very unhappy to say that your service is so poor and on repeated follow by phone to your local office is very very poor. I believe this mail may not help to solve this problem as from my experience the request from customers never treated accordingly. I ashamed to keep your connection further. But unfortunately, I paid the one-year subscription, so no choice.

Very poor response, I didn't get any satisfaction from your service very pathetic. And also I didn't get all channels of Asianet. The employees response is not satisfactory. I am thinking to switch off to dish cable.

Dear Sir, I am a customer of Asianet TV, and Broadband Internet since August 2007. Connection shifted to Thittamangalam, Vattiyoorkavu almost 2 years ago. I have been trying to get hold of technical help for the past few days, but the person at the end of the phone number 9388800800 cannot seen to offer any help. Thinking that the problem was related to the remote controller we purchased a new one from your Thycaud office for Rs.300/=. We are not technically skilled or qualified to describe what the problem is; and the problem still persists. I would be grateful if you could give me a number to contact a technician, or send someone to assess and rectify what's wrong.
