Sir, I am from Vishakapatnam Andhra Pradesh, I given ordered "lamictal 25mg and xbaren 300mg" medicines on 17.4.2018 morrning 9:00 am to nearest "kancharapalem Apollo parmacy" they also received my request of ordered medicine they said, now we do not have those medicines we will give u this medicines by today evening but still they or not given my medicines to me I tried so many times but they not respond properly this is not the first time happen like this this is third time happen I was very badly suffered from medicines so please sir do something for public to give the best service don't require this type of staff take necessary action. I am getting medicine every month for my Mother from Apollo Pharma in Miryalguda, Nalgonda Dist. 3 months back, they gave different medicine. I gave complaint to Apollo but they didn't take any action. Yesterday they did the same thing. They deliver different medicine. Luckily we r able to find that those r different medicines. Please don’t order are take medicines from there. God knows what they are giving to customers. This is happened in Miryalguda, Nalgonda Dist.

Hi, I have visited Apollo pharmacy, Khairatabad Market, Hyderabad on 08.08.17 at around 8:47 am. Purchased Lactogen & Ceralac the Apollo executive demanded for Rs.497/- but when I asked for apollo discount he was very rude in answering and said I can't provide Bill nor the discount will be given. He was very Unprofessional & irresponsible executive (Either He was not in uniform nor wearing his ID) & More over he doesn't know how to talk & behaviour with the customers I was very disappointed by his behaviour and his reply. I personally visit Apollo for the professional attitude of the Brand. I was been treated so badly to the extent that I have made my mind to give a police complaint against the guy, but controlled.. that is the reason I been complaining on this site. Management should take immediate action to teach discipline and the was to treat their customers. Sir, from so many years I am regularly taking medicines from your Apollo pharmacy near Anjaneya temple, RK Puram, Hyderabad. Yesterday night I went for medicines and your pharmacy attendant said that stock is not available. And also he said that he will send to my house in half an hour. Yet I was not received any medicines. That is the responsibility of your attendants in your pharmacies. He thinks that if it is needed customer might come and collect. I have taken medicine of Rs.823 and for payment, I have given ATM card transaction number 706106071156 received a thanks message from the bank the same amount have been deducted from my deposit.
