Apna Sahakari Bank Customer Care Toll Free Number

I have Register complaint with apna bank related to my Atm transaction which was not gone through on 14/08/17 around midnight 11:45 pm. My Account was debited with Rs 8000 on 15/8/17 around 2 am. I receive an SMS from the bank for the transaction which was not gone through properly. So I raised a return complaint with soon (Dharavi) There is no response 10 days are passed even the given time of 7 working days are over. Nobody even bother to assist me. Or give any reply to my issue have been calling apna bank several time and they reply will callback, but there is no revert from their ends.

I have account at Kamthe branch Navi Mumbai. On 6th May 2017, I have tried to book online movie ticket through bookmyshow app and paid money via my card. Transaction of debited money was done, I have also received message from bank. But then there was no further confirmation of ticket and told me that transaction got failed. Money also not deposited again.

Respected sir/madam, I have a current account and my account number is 152 in Vikhroli east branch. I have made payment to the passport application through my rupay card on 9/03/2017 and 10/03/2017 of rupees 1512.75 two times, but the payment has been not 'received to passport Seva portal and the amount has been deducted from my account. I have called on customer care number they told me to contact your branch office on 16/03/2017. I met with branch manager, he told me the payment would be reversed to your account. I am requesting you to reverse the payment in my account. Yours faithfully

I opened savings bank account couple with Goregaon West Bromwich on 13/11/2016 jointly with my wife Mrs Anjali Satish Patankar. The concerned staff gave me a/call number 426 and told us that it will take 3-4 days to receive kit containing cheque book ATM card. The week has passed but still I have not been contacted by the said branch yet. Please look into the matter on urgent basis.
