I bought an American Tourister suitcase of 76 cm on 10 May 2017. After one travels to Singapore and Malaysia the cloth edges got damaged. But when I see the sky bag of same kind they have given a beading on all the edges of a suitcase. I want to replace the suitcase or repair it with beading.

This mail I am writing because the brand which is one of the best brands in world and it ditch me lot. I went to Big Bazar at DLF Mall of India (Noida) on 4th may 2017, I want to buy a trolley bag, so I am comparing with Sky bags and American Tourister and I found American Tourister better option to go. The sales person also convinces me for this bag. I bought it and as I reached my home the Handel of my bags got tampered and it happens continuously. As there is very bright light in big Bazar so bags condition is looking fine there but when I examine it at my home it looks like a used bag or very old stock. I love this brand so I don't even think that this type of fraud can happen with me. So I request Team American Tourister to look in this matter and change my bag immediately.

Dear sir I purchased a four wheel trolley bag American tourister make, from big bazar, shanti tower Rourkela pin 769001, PO 480/2653 on 22.01.2016. On my first use last week I observed loud hissing sound while moving the trolley bag. I noticed that the sound comes even in empty condition. I am processing eight Samsonite luggage trolleys’, I am surprised how after so much load and empty tests the trolley carries such a fault, hope tests are really conducted. The dealer suggested to put some oil on wheel, which I did not agree as in the long run it will accumulate dust and jam it. Hope you will look into matter for free replacement, if model is defective replace it with Samsonite. I agree to pay the extra cost. But I cannot disturb the co-passengers with the abnormal sound and your defame of product
