Hello Sir, I am Yazar from Erode I booked a new Swift Dezire tour car on 22 August 2018 still now I do not get my vehicle in my hand daily, they are telling different problem for delivery the car today I spoke with Erode Ambal showroom sales manager but he didn't revert back to my number please provide the solution as soon as possible.

Dear sir, my car met with an accident on 15 August all repair work was carried out. But till date alloy wheel was not replaced. Namakkal service center telling that not yet ready for months. I am wondering that to issue a wheel takes months together my car number TN43E8578 swift please do the needful Selvaraj.

I purchased Omni 8 seater in Rasipuram branch invoice date25/08/2016, delivery date 31/08/2016 and vehicle id is MA3EVB11S01691439.Today itself right side mirror not fitted, proper bill, customer card, not given. There is no sticker for pdi check. Center door knobs were damaged at the time of delivery. Rasipuram branch is worst customer service response. My complaint continues he further told that no repair except touching of paint on the left side of the vehicle. Sir, I am owner of Maruthi Alto 800 Vxi model and the same is under warranty period. My car duly insured with tie-up policy with National Insurance Company Limited under 0% depreciation bumper to bumper scheme and the policy is in force. While so, on 29.09.2016 at Kuppanur Bye-pass my car was hit by a LMV and as the result of the same, my vehicle got damaged on the rear left and due to the jerk it sustained damages on the front left side also. I visited your Erode Body shop on 29.07.2016 morning for repair. The attender of the vehicle Mr Arun Kumar not allowed me to show the damages in the mishap. He simply told me to sit in the office. After some time he issued an acknowledged. He told me that the vehicle will be ready only on 6.08.2016. While so, today on 31.07.2016 about 11.00 am I received call from Ambal auto Erode and the person told me that my vehicle is ready for delivery and a sum of Rs.3, 600/ has to be paid by me.
