Dear Sir, I am writing to inform you of the completely inappropriate behavior of one of your bus driver, I was not able to obtain his name, but I believe he will be easily identifiable from the following information. On the evening of Tuesday, July 23, at 5:50pm. I was riding on the bus number 56 (1086) in Al Nahyan, Sultan Bin Zayed St. Moh Bin Khalifa St. After Al Jazeera. He open the front door and I go inside (infront standing) and suddenly he stand up and told me to go out (higher voice)and take another door in the middle knowing for mens cabin. As far as I know for ladies will be use the front door. I was forced to go down and take another door in the middle. I notice all ladies he will tell use the middle door and we will pass through the middle of mens. But I saw 2-3 Indian ladies he let her entered them infront which is unfair. I do not know this bus driver’s name but he always drive the bus no.56 and he act disrespectful for women’s. I hope that you will take an acti

Hello, I would like to thank Abu Dhabi RTA police for their dedicated help provided to the people during the emergency. I was stuck in the Abu Dhabi Tunnel as my car stopped so I don't know what should be the next step. The car was on full swing on a speed of more than 120km. I was actually on tears especially as this had occurred during the evening. But I was amazed like within 10 minutes one recovery car came and escorted my car and dropped me to a safe place. Dear sir/madam I would like to complain about my vehicle registration card. I have applied about three months ago and still, I did not receive its hard copy even I have received my soft copy through Abu Dhabi police program on the internet. Can I ask that what is the problem behind this? Thanks

Dear Sir/ Madam, We would like to complain the bus driver of bus number 162 Abu dhabi to Abu dhabi International airport Terminal Sir/ Madam, We know the rules and regulation of RTA, we've been here working for almost 3 years. The problem with this driver we asked him to stop at the opposite road of the bus stop, because the road of Khalifa City A they are fixing the signal which is that's the road he should pass. So, that's our concern. but this driver we asked him to drop us but he said there's no bus stop. but he argue to drop us at the other bus stop which is too far. This is his schedule every Friday from Bus Terminal to Khalifa City A around 7:49 pm. Your consideration is highly appreciated. Thank you.
