It is basically a power generating organization which operates lot of big thermal plants and produces the power in the state of Andhra Pradesh. APTRANSCO serves above 4 million power supply in five district in the state of Andhra Pradesh. There are lot of supply circles of this corporation in East and West, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam and 25 sub divisional office in Andhra Pradesh. Some divisional offices are Vizianagaram, Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam, West Govadri, East Godavari and so on.
