APDCL

APDCL is a government company that provides electrical distribution services in Assam. APDCL stands for Assam Power Distribution Company Limited. APDCL was incorporated in the year of 2009 and its headquarters is situated at Assam, India. APDCL undertakes the electricity distribution, supply and trading service in the Assam state and its outside areas according to all activities ancillary, provisions, appurtenant thereto and Applicable Law.
The Assam State Electricity Board is divided into companies these are Assam Power Generation Corporation Limited (APGCL), Assam State Electricity Board (ASEB), Assam Electricity Grid Corporation Limited (AEGCL) and Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL). The main mission of company is to manage, develop, operate the electricity distribution system, liabilities, assets and undertaking of the Assam State Electricity Board. Assam Power Distribution Company is continuing the reform process by reducing the transmission and distribution losses, improving overall performance and Information Technology Solutions. The Assam Power Distribution Company Limited scale of operations is operates the all areas of Assam state. The APDCL is working hard in order to improve its efficiency and performance to offer high quality services to the customers.

I am a resident of Pandu station colony near crpf camp maligaon of district kamprup and city of Guwahati. From the last 2 months, the electricity bill of mine are coming too high. I have neither installed any new machinery, nor use additional electric for any other reason in the month of February due to monsoon even use of electric fan yet not started. Then how is the unit consuming suddenly become high compared to previous months? Please inquire the matter and provide me a rectified bill so that I can pay the amount within due date.

Sir, we are the customer of Choudhurypara village under APDCL, mangaldai of Kalaigaon Sub energy station. Today on 23.1.18 from the morning n till this time electricity power supply not given to us. As informed by the kalaigaon substation over telephonically that due to non-payment of energy bill by some customer, the power supply is disconnected. Sir, many students are appearing the matric n higher secondary exam and exam will start within a few days. Keeping in view exams, requested to concerned to continue power supply to us. Kind co-operation in this regard will be highly solicited thanks.

Sir, I have done prepaid recharge to my customer id 030000049224 on 4 November 2017 for Rs 1000/- from my friend's sbi account 20043536509. Amount debited from the account and shown successful against transaction ref JABI5785620000IGACHRFTE8. But later on, payment decline was shown. Request Please credit Rs 1000/- to my friend's above account or release recharge voucher of Rs 1000/-.

That’s why we can say that APDCL online bill payment system is totally fake. Sir, my customer id number is 51000440459, bill number 10010359807 was paid through my Husband SBI internet banking, transaction ref number IGABQHLNP7 for RS.286.71 on 12-July-17 ,12:37, but transaction status shows failure, so again payment made through my SBI Internet Banking Trans Id JSBI5491873312 on 12-07-217 12:42:32 which shows Transaction Status Success. Later it showed Rs.286.71 was debited from both my husband's SBI account number 11782427893 and my SBI account number 11782370048 of SBI Bilasipara Branch-02024, IFSC SBIN00002024. So, I request you to refund RS.286.71 to me or to my husband- Nashker Ali Ahmed's account number 11782427893 and thus oblige. Thanks Yours faithfully Begum Nazma Ahmed

Sir I paid my electricity bill vide invoice number 10008534661, consumer number 52000018357 for Rs 426, by e-payment on 17th December 2016. Although the amount was debited from my card, but successful bill payment was not generated by your portal. Rather error message of payment decline was shown. Therefore kindly refund the debited amount or adjust it in the next bill.

Response for the online payers and must be printed the customer care number and email account on the electricity bill. Because where is paid by the consumer through online than why resend last billing amount with current bill.

Sir, I would like to inform you that in our areas most of the time voltage is found in between 150- 160. Earlier also this problem was raised, but after changing of transformer, after a public petition the problem was settled. Now again this problem is arising. With due respect, I would like to lay following few lines for favor of your information and necessary action that, I have been living in newly built house at poly road, Mohibuddin path Anandanagar Nagaon, since 2006 and power connection has been installed by ASEB on 22/12/2006 through single wire via connected load 1.54 kw but later on 19/09/2015, I have applied for conversion to triple phased line along with digital meter via 4.00kw connected load addressed to CEO ASEB Nagaon, ESD_1,forwarded to concerned junior engineer and digital meter with connected load 4kw total estimate for charge process ownership of Rs2688.00 plus Digital Meter Cost Rs 1300.00 and estimate/provisional Bill Dr 1038.00 (Difference of estimate and actual energy consumption cost not yet been paid/adjusted),without converting to triple phases line and in spite of my several telephonic talk to J.E.,no action has been taken till date.so please arrange at an early date.
