You have source of income during this pandemic where people are losing their everything, you need to be thankful for that and try to work even more efficiently. Do not waste your day just sleeping and doing other useless things instead do extra for your office work and life.
2. During this pandemic do not take your health for granted rather pay extra attention. Even if you are not allowed to go out for jogging or exercise, then perform exercises at home. Do yoga, or some simple exercises at your home for life balance. This will keep you healthy and give energy for whole day. Take out at least half an hour for yourself in the morning you will feel good.
3. Take out time for family life balance and kids if you are working. Work from home really getting you very occupied but try to find out some time for your love ones. Help your mother or wife with kitchen work, sometimes you can also help with cooking and giving them some rest. You can also help with the house hold work like dusting, and wiping etc. Spend good quality time with them then you will understand what they handle all day.

You need to schedule your things according to your work. Take a proper sleep in night, just because you are at home and there is no hassle of waking up early and you keep awake till late night and using your mobiles. This is really very bad for your eyes and overall health. Sleeping late is never considered good for healthy body. During this lockdown many have created health imbalance just because of this late sleeping and junk eating. Try to keep balance between health and life too.
