Hostel: With regard to accommodation, precedence is given to first year international students and also those students who are living more than 75 miles from their respective teaching campuses. Infrastructure: In terms of infrastructure, University of Westminster - London boasts of student exhibition and gallery spaces comprising of P3, a remarkable underground space that is devoted to the creative industries at the Marylebone campus, a modern exhibition spot at the London Gallery West at the Harrow campus and the newly inaugurated gallery at the university’s Regent Street headquarters. The sporting grounds are housed at Chiswick and are approximately of 45 acres. The sporting grounds include tennis courts, synthetic turf pitches and natural pitches. The sporting arena is balanced by a main pavilion housing restaurant, a social room, bars, changing facilities and other amenities. The finishing point for the Oxford and Cambridge Boat Race on the River Thames rests at Chiswick.
There are plenty of extracurricular activities to engage students and hone their various skills. The student union has a bar at the Marylebone campus while the Harrow campus houses a bar and a nightclub. The University of Westminster has a well equipped library and internet and computing facilities available on campus. As far as transportation is concerned, except for the campus at Harrow which is connected by tube, the other three campuses are in the heart of central London.
Faculty: Numerous courses at University of Westminster are rated first-class by external bodies. The University of Westminster’s research is well received in many fields including electronic engineering, media and art and design.
