The unit works towards the enhancement of policies and procedures associating to the valued management and the upholding of standards; groundwork for external analysis; synchronization of substantiation an assess activities; meeting and instructing of external examiners; committee assistance for Academic Board and its committees; administration of the grievances procedure and student dictatorial issues; and synchronization of the Academic Regulations.
