Campus: Staffordshire University has two main campuses in Stoke-on-Trent and Stafford and a co-funded University Centre in Lichfield (SULC). The core activity at Staffordshire University is centred on two campuses in Stoke-on-Trent, and Stafford. Two extra recent developments have added new campuses and extended the range of provision. Staffordshire University’s campus in Stoke makes a brilliant base for travel throughout the United Kingdom. It provides an environment that knits together industrial heritage, modern commercial developments and areas of exceptional natural beauty to offer a truly unique atmosphere in which to study. South of the county, Stafford is a striking market town. The Lichfield campus is around 15 miles by road from Stafford and is located in the heart of Lichfield. The Shrewsbury campus is positioned in the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital.
Infrastructure: Staffordshire University Libraries are maintained by Information Services. There are two major Libraries at the Stoke and Stafford campuses, along with specialist Libraries for Law at Stoke and Health at Shrewsbury. Staffordshire University also have partnerships with Libraries at Lichfield, Oswestry and Telford, which all University students and staff can make use of. The main Libraries are open 24 hours a day, 7 days.
Excellently equipped, modern facility in Stafford with a busy programme of activities. Facilities include a sports hall, fitness centre, dance studio, two Astroturf pitches, grass pitches, sauna and sports therapy clinic. Situated in Stoke, is the multi-sport facility. It consists of a sports hall, health and fitness suite, two Astroturf pitches, grass pitches and training areas and an activity room for yoga, aerobics, Pilates and other pursuits.
